The Sheil Collection has entered its third decade of trading – it began in the T&G Arcade as a concept shop for Don Sheil products. We received so many requests from artists to display their products that we had to consider a larger space and so the second decade was spent in Tattersall’s Arcade with the Sheil Collection and a growing representation of some of Australia’s finest artists. The third decade is being spent in the Brisbane Arcade, which offers a fabulous historical feel and a touch of elegance and uniqueness which is synonymous with the products we sell.

The Sheil Collection has sole trading rights for many products, making a point of difference from any other specialist Australian gift businesses. There are approximately 637 files on artists past, present and future. The selection offered at the Brisbane based outlet presents the work of approximately 60 artists at any one time, this allows us to offer a wide variety of choice for every need – weddings, birthdays, special occasions, government and business presentations. We tend to change the artists when their stock sells, so that not every artist is represented every month and this allows the continuing variety that makes the shop interesting for return patrons.
